I recently stayed at a luxury hotel with a prime location, close to other big hotels and a stunning water fountain. The reception area was efficient, and the staff guided me to the VIP area for a quick check-in. The room I stayed in was absolutely beautiful, with a spacious living room and comfortable furniture. The bathroom was well-designed and had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast provided was delicious, although I wished there were more options for vegans and vegetarians. The view of the water fountain from my room was mesmerizing, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

I was disappointed to find out that there were no basic facilities nearby, such as a convenience store.

We had an amazing time staying at this hotel. The location was great, as it was conveniently close to the ferry terminal, making it easy for us to get to and from the hotel. The common areas were beautifully designed and well-maintained, creating a luxurious atmosphere. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved the stunning view from the window. The staff provided exceptional service, making us feel like royalty throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which were top-notch.

The only downside we experienced was the late checkout charge, which seemed excessive given the circumstances.

During our Christmas stay, we were delighted with the luxurious space and exceptional service offered at this hotel. the friendly staff made our experience truly enjoyable. the spacious rooms with comfortable beds provided a relaxing and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the complimentary bottles of mineral water and the delicious food at Pronto Cafe were great perks. the hotel's prime location near key attractions made exploring the city convenient for us.

This hotel is an epitome of luxury and exclusivity. From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. the spa and wellness centre was perfect for indulging in facials and full body massages. the treatment rooms were spacious, and the amenities were unparalleled.

The only minor issue was the long wait time for checking-in, which took almost an hour. once I was settled in the room, I forgot all about the wait.

The room had a stunning view of the water fountain and a relaxing green carpet. There was a massage room included in the suite, perfect for a spa experience. The hotel had attention to detail, even providing welcome gifts. The convention and events rooms were elegantly decorated with Chinese antiques and flowers. The customer service was excellent, fulfilling the request for a fountain view room and providing helpful information. The buffet and Chinese food options were delicious and reasonably priced. The interior design and art pieces were of excellent quality.

During my recent stay at an amazing property in Macau, I had the most beautiful and awe-inspiring experience. From the moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a jaw-dropping display of power arrangements and vibrant colors. The hotel's ambiance was so serene and the room was incredibly spacious, adorned with bright colors and interesting decorations. One of the highlights was the cable car ride and the spectacular fountain performances that I could enjoy from my room. The hotel staff provided exceptional service and the shopping arcade and restaurants on the ground floor were perfect. With 15 restaurants to choose from, I had a variety of dining options and the buffet was the best I've ever had, offering stunning views of the beautiful lake. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly unforgettable experience.
